Is "the secret" so easy?

During these days thanks to a suggestion of a friend of mine, I decided to start to read an amazing book: "The Secret". This book, written by Byrne Rhonda, deals with the most important and incredible knowledge of the world that is enclosed in a thing that we can commonly say: the positive thought. Basically everything on this earth is connected and the only way to achieve our dreams and goals is to focus our thoughts every day on what are the most important things in our life.

It took me half book to understand that I’ve already read and heard before this thing, just in a different “tune”. In my reading through the NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Program), similar things, such as the understanding skills of the universe or our subconscious, are reported and involuntarily I was pushed to a moment of reflection, nothing compare to the Siddhartha’s one, that made me understand how easy is the universe and everything surrounding us. But also as usual men have to complicate everything as it is impossible for them to understand the easy way.

“Everything is together”, “if you want something you can get it”. Quotes like these one are the explanation of the fortune of lot and lot of people able to realize their dreams. But for me, unable to believe in something that is unseen, is a really hard task to comprehend this “parallel universe”. We are taught to believe just in what you can prove and see, except for the “God” of course, so it is really difficult to swap such a big point of view and start again as a new ground zero.

During these days I want to start this new philosophy and see what kind of importance it will have in my life hoping for the best. Never be sad or frustrated, change your thoughts and your life will change as well, in better of course.

Just chill out and relax...sometimes it's the best remedy

Italy or death.

There are words that we are usually afraid to use and say. Death and life are part of them. I was watching a speech made by one of the most famous actor in Italy, Roberto Benigni, who won also an Oscar for the film "Life is Beautiful" (the video of the price-giving on the left). He was saying that no matter how but we must dream. We must have a dream to achieve. Talking about the unification of Italy he passed through the story of the men who made my country finally free. The feeling that inspired those young patriots told me that something as to change in this world. We need the bravery to say stop to abuse, the bravery to face the power that manages our life and us. Find in our self a fire able to conquer everything and everyone as it happened in the past. 

The sensation that this monologue gave me it's something strange as a sleepy force was waiting the moment to wake up and tells me that we have it. Goose bump and tears are the consequentially reaction to this kind of powerful sentences. But after a while I wondered if I would be as incredibly courageous as those guys who changed radically the Italian history. I realized that maybe I won't be able to face an army but I’ll be able to contrast the wrongful power with my pen, pardon with my keyboard. Around me

Look around u. Have u ever done it before? Look everything. The homeless asking for some money, the lovely couple, the businessman. Have u ever thought what could be behind em?

Stop ur self and think for a minute about the huge power that Someone (call him God, Faith, Karma or whatever) gave us when we were born. We are living, we are not alive. We have to consider everything surrounding us. Nothing is the same twice but u can be everyone and everything if u want. We have to use this gift as best as we can, no way of redemption, just one life. Who can tell u that after there will be something? Live ur life as every second of it would be the last one. Try to appreciate the hug of a friend, the laugh of ur mom, the sun rising form the sea and the moon shining in ur girlfriend/boyfriend eyes. Don't be shy. Don't care about what people say, care about what ur best friends say. Remember that life goes by so fast and it will never come back again.
